On September 26, Nina turned 7. It's hard to believe that she's already that old. She's becoming such a big girl. No longer is she a little girl. When did this happen? She wanted a horse theme for her party. I'm not quite sure why, but we found a place to go horseback riding and have a party. The girls had a blast and I've had several moms tell me their daughters want to do the same thing for their birthdays. That's a good thing, right? The girls played a few games with Red, the horse, and Two Bits, the pony. They had to carry golf balls while riding and drop them in a bucket. They had to ride while holding a spoon with an egg on it and also played catch while on the horses. Then they got to ride out and see the other horses.
Safety first! The helmets were sprayed with "brain spray" so that the girls would be thinking while they were on their heads.

It only took 3 tries to get all of the candles out. To her credit, she was still recovering from an allergic reaction to the horses.

How fun!!! Happy Birthday Nina!! I can't believe you are 7 already! Priya is asking to give your picture a hug! So happy birthday from her too! :) Looks like you had a really fun birthday party!
